Sažetak | Svaka ljudska aktivnost, poduhvat ili zadatak, pa tako i projekt, uključuje određeni rizik. Danas živimo u svijetu projekata i oni su prisutni u svim područjima ljudske djelatnosti, a svaki je jedinstven, neizvjestan i dinamičnog karaktera, pa se stoga rijetko koji odvija prema planu. Ovaj rad prvenstveno se bavi problematikom upravljanja projektnim rizicima. Kako se projekti realiziraju u budućnosti koja je neizvjesna i puna rizika, javlja se potreba za upravljanjem rizikom projekata. Upravljanje projektnim rizicima uključuje procese planiranja upravljanja rizicima, identificiranje i analizu rizika, planiranje odgovora na rizik i nadzor te kontrolu rizika na projektu. Cilj upravljanja rizikom je smanjiti utjecaje koji mogu negativno utjecati na tijek projekta te iskoristiti sve mogućnosti za uspješnije izvođenje projekata. Proces upravljanja rizikom prisutan je na svim projektima, a njegov intenzitet ovisi o vrsti projekta, tehnologiji koja se rabi, veličini, korisniku, strategiji poduzeća i korporacijskoj kulturi. Brojni primjeri u svijetu pokazuju da su veliki gubici nastali upravo zbog nepostojanja sustava upravljanja rizicima. Rizik nije moguće izbjeći jer nema poduzetničke aktivnosti bez rizika. U rizike treba ulaziti, ali planski. Rizik treba prihvatiti kao realnost i učiniti sve kako bi se došlo u fazu upravljanja rizicima koja zahtjeva disciplinu svih uključenih, jer je jedino tako moguće prepoznate probleme (rizike) minimizirati i držati pod kontrolom. U ovom radu uz teorijske odrednice prikazan je proces upravljanja rizicima te se nastojala istražiti korelacija između korištenja metodologija upravljanja rizicima i uspjeha projekta na primjeru projekta Regionalni centar kompetentnosti u turizmu i ugostiteljstvu Split koji obuhvaća rekonstrukciju, dogradnju i izgradnju Turističko – ugostiteljske škole u Splitu radi stvaranja prostornih pretpostavki za funkcioniranje Škole kao Centra izvrsnosti u strukovnom obrazovanju za turizam i ugostiteljstvo za područje Srednje Dalmacije. |
Sažetak (engleski) | Each human activity, venture or task, including projects, involves a certain amount of risk. Present-day world is a world of projects, and they pervade all spheres of human activity. Each project is unique, uncertain and dynamic in nature, which is why they seldom go according to plan. This specialist thesis primarily deals with the issue of project risk management. As projects are implemented in a future which is uncertain and full of risks, there is a need for project risk management. Project risk management involves risk management planning processes, identification and analysis of risks, planning the response to risks and monitoring of risks, as well as project risk control. The purpose of risk management is to reduce the effects which might have a negative impact on the course of the project and to use all available options for a more successful project implementation. Risk management process is encountered in all projects, and its intensity depends on the type of project, technology used, size of the project, beneficiary, company strategy and corporate culture. Numerous examples from all over the world show that great losses have occurred precisely because of a lack of a risk management system. Risk cannot be avoided because it is intrinsic to every entrepreneurial activity. Risks should be taken, but to do so it is necessary to have a plan. Risk should be accepted as a reality and all possible efforts should be invested into reaching the stage of risk management which requires discipline from everyone involved, because that is the only way to minimize the identified problems (risks) and keep them under control. Apart from theoretical definitions, this thesis also explains the risk management process and examines the correlation between the use of risk management methods and successfulness of a project by using the example of the Regional Centre for Competence in Tourism and Hospitality in Split project, which includes reconstruction, extension and construction of the School for Tourism, Hospitality and Catering in Split for the purpose of creating spatial conditions which would allow the School to function as the Centre of excellence in tourism and hospitality vocational education in Central Dalmatia. |
