Sažetak | Predmet završnog stručnog rada je poslovno planiranje odnosno važnost poslovnog planiranja u poslovanju poduzeća. Planiranje, u svom najširem smislu, je aktivnost postavljanja ciljeva. Poslovno planiranje predstavlja funkciju poslovnog upravljanja, a za cilj ima odgovoriti na pitanja gdje se poduzeće trenutno nalazi, kamo želi stići i kako će to postići. Poslovnim planiranjem definiraju se ciljevi koje poduzeće želi postići, te politike i strategije pomoću kojih će definirane ciljeve ostvariti. Moderno poslovno okruženje mijenja se često, snažno i brzo, stoga je za menadžere poslovni plan neizbježan upravljački alat bez kojega je jako teško održati poduzeće fokusirano prema definiranim ciljevima. Kroz ovaj rad autor je teorijski obradio pojam i važnost poslovnog planiranja, razine poslovnog planiranja i poslovno planiranje na primjeru poduzeća Connecto Mare d.o.o. Kako poduzeće Connecto Mare d.o.o. , u kojem je autor zaposlen, do sada nije imalo formalno poslovno planiranje doprinos ovoga rada je u izradi odabranih alata poslovnog planiranja na primjeru odabranog poduzeća. U empirijskom dijelu rada, autor je obradio i predložio model procesa planiranja u odabranom poduzeću te je predložio misiju i viziju poduzeća. Nastavno na predloženi model, misiju i viziju, autor je izradio SWOT analizu, analizu konkurentske okoline, predložio strateške ciljeve i na osnovu predloženih ciljeva formulirao strategiju za postizanje istih. U drugom dijelu empirijskog rada autor je izradio prijedlog operativnog plana prodaje, plan troškova izvršavanja usluga, investicija i plan zapošljavanja. |
Sažetak (engleski) | The subject of the final professional work is business planning, ie the importance of business planning in the operations of a company. Planning, in its broadest sense, is an activity of goal setting. Business planning is a function of business management and aims to answer questions about where the business is currently located, where it wants to go and how it will achieve it. Business planning defines the goals that the company wants to achieve, and the policies and strategies by which the defined goals will be achieved. The modern business environment is changing frequently, strongly and quickly, so for business plan managers it is an inevitable management tool without which it is very difficult to keep an enterprise focused on defined goals. Through this work, the author has theoretically addressed the concept and importance of business planning, levels of business planning and business planning using the example of Connecto Mare d.o.o. How does Connecto Mare d.o.o. , in which the author is employed, has so far had no formal business planning. The contribution of this work is in the development of selected business planning tools based on the example of the selected company. In the empirical part of the paper, the author elaborated and proposed a model of the planning process in the selected company and suggested the mission and vision of the company. Continuing on the proposed model, mission and vision, the author made a SWOT analysis, analysis of the competitive environment, proposed strategic goals, and based on the proposed goals, formulated a strategy for achieving them. In the second part of the empirical work, the author made a proposal for an operational sales plan, costs of services, investments and employment plan. |
