Abstract
Republika Hrvatska bilježi konstantni rast u zadnjih nekoliko godina u broju dolazaka i noćenju turista. U ovom radu prikazaju se rezultati rada malog obiteljskog hotela te na koji način odgovara zahtjevima turista kao i usporedba s konkurentima na domaćem tržištu. Predmet promtranog razdoblja je u periodu od 2012. – 2014. godine te se u radu analiziraju poslovanja u navedenim godinama.

The Republic of Croatia is recording an constant growth in the arrival and staying overnights by the tourists. In these thesis the results are made from an small family hotel business and it shows how the hotel is managing to meet the tourist demands and comparing the hotel with the competitors on the domestic market.
