| Abstract | Poduzeće Ris Marine bavi se proizvodnjom i prodajom gumenjaka te nudi usluge
popravka i servisiranja plovila. Registrirana je 2006. godine, a sam početak aktivnosti poduzeća
započinje 2007. godine. U kratkom vremenskom roku poduzeće je ostvarilo velike uspjehe te
su proizvode doveli na visoku razinu kvalitete koja je prvenstvena odlika proizvoda što je
dokazano širokom paletom plovila rasprostranjenih po cijeloj Hrvatskoj ali i u inozemstvu. Od
početka poslovanja poduzeće radi na razvoju i usavršavanju specijalnih plovila odnosno plovila
za gospodarsku i javnu nabavu. Sudjelovanjem na natječajima, ponude poduzeća Ris Marine je
do sada odabrao MUP RH, MORH i Ministarstvo prometa, pomorstva i infrastrukture. Kroz te
je projekte poduzeće proizvelo 40 plovila te izvršilo veliki broj servisa i popravaka plovila.
Poduzeće Azoil iz Azerbajdžana, koja se bavi eksploatacijom nafte iz Kaspijskog mora,
otvorila je javnu nabavu za 8 gumenjaka za spašavanje (engl. Rescue boat), koji će služiti kao
plovila za pomoć i spašavanje na naftnim platformama u Kaspijskom moru. Odabrana je ponuda
poduzeća Ris Marine. Za proizvodnju ovakvog tipa brodice – engl. RESCUE - poduzeće Ris
Marine mora zadovoljiti zahtjevno testiranje brodice RM 599 Rescue kako bi dobili SOLAS
certifikat od Gremanischer Lloyda što je najstroža kategorija gradnje brodice.
Ovo je važan projekt jer se radi o otvaranju novog, velikog inozemnog tržišta za jednu
malu obiteljsku tvrtku koja je još uvijek u procesu razvoja i probijanja na tržište.
Stjecanje Germanischer Lloyd certifikata je dugotrajan i kompliciran proces u kojem se
svaka točka testiranja i pregleda mora u potpunosti zadovoljiti. Najprije je potrebno poslati plan
plovila te plan gradnje. Nakon što Gremanischer Lloyd pregleda i prihvati plan plovila i plan
gradnje, započinje proces certificiranja koji se sastoji od 4 dijela:
• odobrenje radionice – pregled i odobrenje proizvodnog pogona te odobrenje korištenja
materijala za proizvodnju plovila namijenjenoga za spašavanje
• odobrenje nacrta i opreme koja će se nalaziti na plovilu
• testiranje plovila u skladu s MSC 81 (70) – testna vožnja, test stabilnosti, test okretanja,
ispitivanje bacanjem, ispitivanje izdržljivosti
• odobrenje SOLAS certifikata.
Dobivanjem SOLAS certifikata poduzeće jača svoju konkurentnost na svjetskom tržištu
jer je mali broj proizvođača koji posjeduju tu vrstu certifikata.
Ovaj projekt će pozitivno utjecati na razvoj poduzeća Ris Marine, ne samo zato što je
to dobar financijski projekt kojim će se moći ulagati u daljnji razvoj nego će se uspješnom
provedbom projekta otvoriti novo tržište i moguća buduća dugoročna suradnja. Također će se
omogućiti približavanje drugim potencijalnim kupcima s tog tržišta. |
| Abstract (english) | The company Ris Marine deals with the production and sale of inflatable boats and
provides repair and maintenance of vessels. Registered in 2006, and the start of activities of the
company began in 2007. Within a short time the company has achieved great successes, and
the products raised to a high quality level, which is the primary characteristic of the product,
what is proven a wide range of vessels spread all over the country but also abroad. Since starting
business the company is working on the development and improvement of the special vessels
or vessels for economic and public procurement. By participating in competitions, offers from
company Ris Marine were chosen by the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Defense and the
Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Infrastructure. Through these projects, the
company produced 40 of the vessel and has committed a large number of service and repair on
boats.
The company Azoil from Azerbaijan, which deals with the exploitation of oil from the
Caspian Sea, has opened a public procurement for 8 of inflatable boats for rescue (Eng. Rescue
boat), which will serve as a vessel for help and rescue the oil platforms in the Caspian Sea.

RESCUE - company Ris Marine must satisfy the challenging boat testing RM 599 Rescue to
get SOLAS certification of Gremanischer Lloyd's as the most severe category of building boats.
This is an important project because it is opening a new, large foreign markets for a small family
business, which is still in the process of development and penetration into the market. Getting
the Germanischer Lloyd certification is a lengthy and complicated process in which each point
of testing and review, must completely satisfy. First you need to send a plan of the vessel and
plan of construction.
After Germanischer Lloyd review and accept the plan of the vessel and the building
plan, then begins the process of certification, which consists of 4 parts:
• approval of the workshop - review and approval manufacturing facility and
approval of using materials for the production of the vessel intended for rescue
• approval of draft and equipment, which will be on board
• testing the vessel in accordance with the MSC 81 (70) - test drive, stability test,
rotation test, drop test, endurance test
• approval of the SOLAS certification.
Gaining SOLAS certification company strengthens its competitiveness in the world
market because its the small number of producers who have this type of certificate.
This project will have a positive impact on the development of the Ris Marine, not only
because it is a good financial project, in which will be able to invest in further development, it
will be the successful implementation of the project which will open up a new market and
possible future long-term cooperation. It will also allow approaching to other potential buyers
from this market. |
