Abstract
Turizam je rastuća grana hrvatskog gospodarstva i sve više poslovnih subjekata ulaže u turističke usluge i proizvode kako bi generirali dodatan prihod. Ovaj rad ima za cilj napraviti analizu ulaganja i financiranje kupnje motorne jahte za pružanje usluga u turizmu. Rad će analizirati isplativost ulaganja temeljem dostupnih podataka te predstaviti ekonomsku-financijsku analizu. Nadalje, bit će napravljena i dinamična ocjena projekta i predložena zaključna ocjena projekta. Hrvatska je jedna od najzanimljivijih europskih destinacija na svjetskom turističkom tržištu. Jedan od razloga privlačnosti destinacije su razvedenost otoka i obale. U cjelokupnom broju turista koji posjećuju hrvatsku obalu je značajan segment nautičara. Nautički turizam predstavlja kretanje turista u plovilima po moru uključujući njihovo pristajanje u marinama i obuhvaća svu potrebnu infrastrukturu u marinama. Po dostupnim podacima vidljiv je rast broja marina i luka za nautički turizam. Iz spomenutih podataka može se zaključiti kako nautički turizam ima stabilan rast. Za poslovne subjekte koji planiraju ulaganje u plovilo u svrhu pružanja usluga u turizmu navedeni podaci daju sigurnost odluci o ulaganju koje može povećati profit poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
Tourism is a growing industry in the Croatian economy and numerous businesses in the last decade decided to invest in tourism services and products to generate additional income. The goal of this paper is to make an analysis of financing and investment in a vessel for tourism purposes. Analyse will cover the profitability of the investment based on available data and offer economical-financial analysis. Furthermore, there will be a dynamic and final evaluation of the project. Croatia is one of the most interesting European destinations. One of the reasons why it is so attractive is numerous islands and lovely coastline. In the total number of incoming tourists, there is a significant number of nautical tourists. Nautical tourism presents tourists who use different vessels and make stops in marinas and ports with all required infrastructure. Based on available data, we can see the growth of marinas and ports for nautical tourism which brings to the conclusion nautical tourism has stable growth. For businesses planning to invest in a vessel to offer services in tourism, this is important information as they support investment that can generate company profit.
