Abstract
Kultura je relativno trajan i specifičan sustav oblika ponašanja, vrijednosti, uvjerenja, normi i običaja koji određuju organizacijsko ponašanje, mišljenje i usmjerava aktivnosti pojedinaca i grupa koji ih sačinjavaju. Komunikacija je baza upravljačkih procesa u organizaciji, a odvija se formalnim i neformalnim komunikacijskim kanalima, slanjem verbalnih i neverbalnih poruka unutar organizacije. Ljudi moraju komunicirati da bi se uopće organizirali, a zatim moraju komunicirati kako bi koordinirali i kontrolirali svoje aktivnosti. Iz toga proizlazi da je adekvatna i jaka organizacijska kultura temelj za uspješnu internu komunikaciju u poduzeću. Na kraju rada provedeno je istraživanje pomoću anketnog upitnika kojim se pokušala dokazati povezanost između organizacijske kulture i interne komunikacije na konkretnom poduzeću. Ispitanici su se složili da uspješna organizacijska kultura pridonosi stavovima, osjećajima i emocijama zaposlenika, a upravo se navedeno odražava i na komunikaciju.
Abstract (english)
Culture is a relatively permanent and specific system of forms of behavior, values, beliefs, norms and customs that determine organizational behavior, thinking and directing all activities of individuals and groups that make them up. Communication is the basis of management processes in the organization, and it takes place through formal and informal communication channels, sending verbal and non-verbal messages within the organization. People need to communicate to get organized at all, and then they need to communicate to coordinate and control their activities. It follows that an adequate and strong organizational culture is the basis for successful internal communication within the company. At the end of the study, a survey was conducted using questionnaires, where an attempt was made to prove the interdependence between organizational culture and internal communication at a particular company. Respondents agreed that a successful organizational culture contributes to employees' attitudes, feelings and emotions, and that is precisely what is reflected in communication
