Abstract
U ovom radu predstavit ću poslovni plan OPG-a MAGO za proizvodnju i preradu magarećeg mlijeka. Magareće mlijeko je nedovoljno zastupljeno na tržištu te za istim postoji potražnja. Osim činjenice da bi OPG MAGO bio jedini proizvođač magarećeg mlijeka u kontinentalnom dijelu Republike Hrvatske, glavna prednost ovoga proizvoda su njegova ljekovita svojstva te mogućnost prerade u razne kozmetičke i ljekovite kreme i pripravke, te npr. mogućnost da se koristi kao dodatak u čokoladi. Za proizvodnju magarećeg mlijeka potrebno je uložiti novac u osnovna sredstva, tj. kupnju zemljišta, izgradnju štale, osnovno stado magaraca, transportno vozilo, potrebnu dodatnu opremu i alat, te samo osnivanje OPG-a. Ukupni iznos ulaganja u osnovna sredstva je cca 150.000 kn. Operativni troškovi uključuju plaće zaposlenika, režije, knjigovodstvo, hranu za magarce, održavanje web stranice i troškove dostave magarećeg mlijeka kupcima. Ukupni iznos ulaganja u operativna sredstva je cca 350.000 kn. Dakle, ukupni troškovi u prvih godinu dana iznose cca 500.000 kn. Ukupni planirani prihodi u prvoj godini poslovanja iznose cca 190.000 kn, a svake sljedeće godine bi se trebali povećavati za cca 10.000 kn. Uz takvu projekciju troškova i prihoda, kredit za pokretanje poslovanja bi trebao biti u potpunosti otplaćen nakon 48 mjeseci, uz prethodnih 12 mjeseci počeka.
Abstract (english)
This is the feasibility study of family owned farm MAGO, producer of donkey milk. Donkey milk is inadequately present at the market although there is substantial demand for it. MAGO would be the only producer of donkey milk in the continental part of Croatia, and except for its healing properties it would be used in the production of a number of cosmetic and healing creams and products as well as in nutritive products such as chocolate. In order to start donkey milk production certain investments should be done such as the acquisition of land and the construction of premises, the acquisition of nuclear herd, transport vehicle and necessary equipment, besides starting the company. The initial investment costs would be approximately 150.000 kn. Working capital should provide for the wages, accountancy, overhead expenses, amortisation, transport and delivery on the market, which represent anticipated operating costs. The working capital investment is 350.000 kn. The total first year investment is 500.000 kn. The first year profit projection is 190.000 kn, and it should increase by 10.000 kn each year. With such profit and loss projection the loan for starting business should be repaid in 48 months, after one year grace period.
