Abstract
Dosadašnja istraživanja pokazuju da se potražnje za ekološkim poljoprivrednim proizvodima povećava. S obzirom da OPG Sremić trenutno uzgaja 1200 grmova aronije i od nje proizvodi samo matični sok, džem, čaj i prah od sušene aronije, ta količina samo djelomično zadovoljava potrebe ciljane skupine potrošača. Stoga je predmet istraživanja ovog specijalističkog diplomskog stručnog rada razvojne strategije za proširenje poslovanja OPG Sremić. Glavni cilj istraživanja je formuliranje razvojne strategije za proširenje poslovanja OPG-a Sremić. U ostvarenju glavnog cilja korišteni su sekundarni i primarni izvori podataka. Sekundarni izvori odnose se na analizu sadržaja relevantne literature, stručni članci i internetske stranice bliske temi rada te dokumentacija OPG-a Sremić. Primarna istraživanja temeljila su se na anketnom upitniku na uzorku od 73 ispitanika (N=73), a u svrhu identifikacije potražnje za proizvodima OPG-a Sremić. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju koji su proizvodi najtraženiji, kako i na koji način se konzumiraju proizvodi, koje proizvode bi ispitanici htjeli konzumirati te gdje se najbolje oglašavati. Preporuke za provedbu izabranih razvojnih strategija za proširenje poslovanja OPG Sremić su razvoj i proširenje asortimana, kao i povećanje broja sadnica. Planira se odraditi projekt te povući dodatna financijska sredstva iz europskih fondova te krenuti sa sadnjom još jedne vrste voća koja bi se prodavala samostalno, ali i u kombinaciji sa aronijom.
Abstract (english)
Previous studies have shown that the demand for organic agricultural products increases. Since OPG Sremić currently grown in 1200 chokeberry shrubs and her products only identification juice, jam, tea and powder of dried chokeberry, this amount only partially meets the needs of the target group of consumers. Therefore, the subject of this specialist graduate work development strategy to expand operations OPG Sremić. The main objective of the research is to formulate development strategies for business expansion OPG Sremić. To achieve the main objective were used secondary and primary data sources. Secondary sources refer to the content analysis of the relevant literature, research papers and websites close the topic of work and documentation OPG Sremić. Primary studies were based on a questionnaire to a sample of 73 subjects (N = 73), and in order to identify demand for OPG Sremić. The research results show that the products most wanted, how and in what way they consume products made by the respondents would like to consume, and where best to advertise. Recommendations for the chosen development strategy to expand operations OPG Sremić the development and expansion of product range, as well as increasing the number of seedlings. It is planned to do the project and withdraw additional funds from European funds and start planting another type of fruit that are sold individually, or in combination with chokeberry.
